HOW TO PARTICIPATE: If you wish to participate to this event, please come to the registration desk on November 18th, at the conference venue. The registration desk is open from 08.45 to 09.15. The registration fee is 75 euros.
REGISTRATION FEES:
- 50 euros for online registration (before November 4th)
- 75 euros for late registration (on site, November 18th).
- The registration fee is used to cover the participants’ expenses (2 coffee breaks, lunch, wine reception and conference materials). There is no reduced fee for students.
WHEN IS IT: 18th November 2016 (a 1-day event from 08.30 to 18.30 + drinks to follow!)
WHERE IS IT: The Symposium will take place in Amsterdam, next to the Tropenmuseum, on Linnaeustraat 2A, 1092 CK. The venue can be easily reached by public transportation from Central station (tram 9).
From Amsterdam Schipol airport there are frequent connections to Amsterdam Central station (averagely every 15 minutes, and it is a 20 minutes train ride). Tickets can be purchased inside the terminal at the automatic machines.
Daily tickets (or 3-days tickets) can be purchased at Central station, and they are valid on trams, buses and metro. The Dutch system requires passengers to validate tickets on public transportations both, when checking-in and when checking-out of the vehicle.
